Online Policy Details:

Online purchases made on SHOPMOLLYGREEN.COM are valid for exchange or in-store credit within 30 days from ship date.

Exchanges via mail must be initiated online HERE prior to being sent back to us. You can also exchange/receive store credit at one of our store locations by providing the digital or paper invoice.

Items must be sent back unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry must be on its original packaging . All items must be accompanied by the original return form. 

GIFT CARDS, E-GIFT CERTIFICATES, COSMETICS, UNDERWEAR, SELECT LINGERIE, BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS AND ONLINE ITEMS MARKED ‘FINAL SALE’ MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGED.

How to Exchange by Mail:

Fill out our exchange form HERE. Allow 1-2 business days once we receive and check in your return your store credit will be applied. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

**Please note that the return label is prepaid, $7.95 will be deducted from your refund/credit to cover return shipping. 

How to Exchange in Store:

You must provide your invoice when returning merchandise to a store. You may return your merchandise to any Molly Green location for an exchange or store credit. Exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

What if I received the wrong item or in damaged condition?

You can either bring the return to one of our store locations or fill out the Return Form HERE. If mailing, to ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please give us a call or email so we can confirm availability and pull the item for you. We will ship a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

Exchanges for Online Purchases Made with Gift Cards, E-Certificates or Store Credit:

Refunds can only be made to the exact Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate or Store-Credit Voucher Card used for the original purchase. Please retain the Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate and/or Store Credit Card after your online purchase, for return refunds and future purchases.

In-Store Policy:

We will happily exchange your purchase for STORE CREDIT. Exchanges must be made within 30 days with receipt present. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached. Markdown items will be FINAL SALE.

Shipping:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are either sent to our stores to process or from our HQ in Nashville, TN. Orders will be processed 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipping from our stores or HQ to your doorstep. Need it in a hurry? We offer over night shipping as well as 1 and 2 day options. Standard shipping generally takes 1-5 business days but can take longer from time to time.

Package Protection:

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.
