Online Policy

Online purchases made through SHOPMOLLYGREEN.COM are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days from the ship date.

Your packing slip and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

Merchandise returned within 30 days from the date it was shipped to any of our locations will be eligible for exchange or store credit towards the next purchase 

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry (excluding earrings which are final sale) must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form. 

All returns must be applied for online via shopmollygreen.com/returns prior to being returned.


How to Make an Online Return by Mail

Please note that the return label is prepaid, $5 will be deducted from your refund/credit to cover return shipping. In order to process your online return, please follow link to submit return request, https://shopmollygreen.com/returns. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Please allow 5-10 business days from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and up to 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you made your purchase using a gift card, e-gift certificate, or store credit, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used.

How to Return an Online Purchases to a Store

In order to process your online return, please fill out the Return Form HERE.

You must provide your invoice when returning merchandise to a store. You may return your merchandise to any Molly Green location for an exchange or store credit. Cash/Credit Refunds for online purchases are only processed when the merchandise is mailed to our Online Returns address within 30 days of ship date.

Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, underwear, select lingerie, select swimwear, earrings, and online items marked as “Sale” are all FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

What If I Received Something Wrong or In Damaged Condition?

BY MAIL | Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped.

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our Online Returns address above within 30 days from the ship date. We will refund the return shipping costs if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return Form. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note: only standard carrier services will be refunded.

To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason listed on your Return Form. In addition, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the Return Form. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange on the Return Form in the notes section. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

Returns for Online Purchases Made with Gift Cards, E-Certificates or Store Credit

Refunds can only be made to the exact Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate or Store-Credit Voucher Card used for the original purchase. Please retain the Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate and/or Store Credit Card after your online purchase, for return refunds and future purchases.

How Can I Return Something I Purchased In-Store?

In-Store Policy

We will happily exchange your purchase for STORE CREDIT. Exchanges must be made within 30 days with receipt present. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached. Markdown items will be FINAL SALE. Our exchange policy helps us keep prices low and style high. Thank you for your understanding and for shopping with us. We appreciate your business!
