The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are either sent to our stores to process or from our HQ in Nashville, TN. Orders will be processed 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our stores or HQ to your doorstep. Standard shipping generally takes 1-5 business days, but can take longer from time to time. Need it in a hurry? We also offer faster shipping options.

International Shipping:

Outside of the U.S., we also offer shipping to Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. We ship all international packages Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means your local customs authority may require payment before your package is released.
