Feast & Forest Cafe

We walked into the cafe and were welcomed by the smell of fresh coffee and warm pastries. The entire restaurant is naturally lit with exposed brick, which creates a very warm and open, yet industrial atmosphere. As we gazed upon the menu of cappuccinos and pastries, we elected to refrain from the sugary breads in order to stick with our oh-so-original New Years resolutions to stay on the healthier side.. for now, at least 🙂

Casey chose the Parfait that comes with gluten free granola and fresh fruit. I chose the Roasted Cauliflower salad that comes with beets, brussels, and lentils. Both of these dishes not only looked amazing, but smelled and tasted even better. We snapped a few pictures and immediately chowed down. We ate, chatted, and planned for upcoming shoots and ideas for future content. Just as we were finishing our meals, we were presented with our beautiful and massive caramel and vanilla lattes. Again, we took a few photos and began sipping away at what we now refer to as: The Best Latte in Birmingham. Between the two of us, the vote was unanimous!

Below are some of the pictures we took on our little excursion. Enjoy:)
