Dear Molly Green friends,

As we approach new year, it's the perfect time to reflect on the incredible journey we've embarked on together over the years. I'm Brittany Hartwell, and along with my sister and hubby, I co-founded Molly Green back in 2011. Our mission from the beginning has been clear: to provide exceptional customer service and create more than just a shopping experience; we're here to build wardrobes and relationships.

Our incredible journey has brought us four delightful locations in Franklin and Nashville, Tennessee, with an exciting new Nashville store opening soon (spoiler alert – we've been there before!). As we celebrate this particular season, I want to take a moment to highlight the heart and soul of Molly Green – our incredible staff. I took some time today to read some of our Google and Yelp reviews, and it's just so fun to see the experience our team provides. These are just a few of the the standout reviews...it would take all day to share them all :)

Payton K. put it beautifully when she said,"The most lovely staff and best selection of pieces. It's like walking into a hug when you go into this store." These moments of warmth and connection truly define what we strive for at Molly Green. David's kind words about Amanda, Jillian, Andrea, and Sydney embody the values we hold dear: "I experienced the same kindness, expert product knowledge, and patience. I felt as if I belonged there."

This sense of belonging and comfort is something we hold dear, and we're thrilled to have created this atmosphere for our valued customers. They've always offered to start me in a fitting room, get another size, etc., and seem happy to help. I will never take it for granted!

Our commitment to excellence doesn't stop at public reviews. We have mystery shoppers visiting our stores monthly, and their anonymous feedback is invaluable. One recent comment about our store manager, Allison, at Cool Springs stood out this month: "The standard of service was above average. It was phenomenal; it was as if I was shopping with my best friend." This comment sings of our team's spirit for service-and Allison's bright light of a personality!
